Our flooring options include vinyl, laminate, hardwood, and tiles. We also offer finish carpentry services, such as installing baseboards, window and door trims, and doors. Our expertise extends to kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as stair refinishing or replacement. Additionally, we can design and build custom feature walls or media walls to suit your style. For any licensed work, we collaborate with professional electricians and plumbers. If there's a service we don't provide, we can help connect you with the right experts.
Timelines depend on the project's complexity and scope:
- Kitchen Remodel: 1–2 weeks
- Bathroom Renovation: 1–2 weeks
- Whole-Home Renovation: 1–3 months
Factors like permit approvals, material availability, and design changes can affect the schedule.
Most structural changes, additions, or conversions (like basement apartments) require permits. Our team handles the entire permitting process, ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations.
Depending on the renovation's extent, it may be possible. For minor updates, we implement dust barriers and work in phases to minimize disruption. However, for extensive remodels, temporary relocation might be advisable for safety and comfort. Carrying out renovations with occupants present can be time-consuming and expensive. We may find ourselves needing to shift our workstations frequently and work in segments, which could require subcontractors such as electricians and plumbers to make more trips than usual, increasing costs. It's also important to ensure that we do not hinder access to the areas that are actively being used.
